Your data belongs to you
You can export everything, any timeEvery lead, conversation, proposal and invoice can be exported to CSV from Admin → Billing & data. No support ticket, no waiting, no fee.
We never sell or share your dataYour leads and knowledge base are used to run your account and nothing else. We do not sell data, and we do not use your customer conversations to train models for anyone else.
Cancel whenever you likeNo annual contract and no cancellation process to sit through. Cancel in the app; your data stays exportable for 30 days afterwards.
Security
Encrypted in transit and at restAll traffic runs over HTTPS/TLS. Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure with managed backups.
Passwords are never stored in the clearCredentials are hashed. Two-factor authentication is available, and can be enforced for every user on your account.
Role-based accessOwners, staff and view-only roles see different things. Access is enforced on the server, not merely hidden in the interface.
Payments never touch our serversCard payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.
UK & GDPR

Subject access requestsIf one of your customers asks for their data, you can produce it yourself in a couple of clicks rather than asking us.
